Last year I visited a place called Great Yarmouth in East England. There is no other place like this. People never grow up in Great Yarmouth. Sea and carousels are the most important thing. Houses are very colorful. I still don’t understand where I was. All the shops only sell cheap stuff, mainly something entertaining, toys. This is because people don’t work there, they live on benefits (salaries are small actually).
It has been a seaside resort since 1760.
The town reminded me 1920-ties, time has a tendency to stop where it was it’s happiest. (For example-my work place is so 1980-ties).
