Par to jau arī saku, ka ministrei kā politikas pārstāvim būtu jādefinē tas lielais valstiskais mērķis, ar visu pamatojumu, bet saprotams un izmērāms, un, tieši tā, tad varētu arī izvērtēt katra projekta atbilstību šim lielajam valstiskajam mērķim.
