Efekts svara samazinasanai ir, ja brauc regulari pa pusotrai stundai vismaz, un tada mieriga tempa, nekada gadijuma neliekot smagu parnesumu. Ta var tikai sadzit kajas laktatu un sabeigt locitavas. Protams, ari brauksana uz darbu pa 20 min ir labak neka nekas, vismaz celulitu patrenka :)
