Jogu mierīgi var arī mājās, un jā, tas palīdz. Principā jogai labākā kombinācija ir mājās katru dienu 15-30 min un reizi-divas nedēļā kārtīga joga pie laba trenera (nevis kaut kāda fitnesa joga) nelielā grupā (nu, ap 7 cilvēkiem), lai saprot, kādu "fīlingu" vajag.
