When we bring the mythic journey to the most mythic of all creatures, the horse, we discover capacities we never knew we had. We had an intimate mythic companion in flesh and blood, a being of bounteous beauty and power who draws us into story, into adventure, into myth. We find connections to the greater natural world as well as an experience of subtle communication, one that carry over to our dealings with other humans. We are sentitized, made more compassionate, and gifted with higher functioning.
