mindbound | 21:33 Es teiktu, ka šajā vietā viss ir pat ļoti viennozīmīgi, kas tieši izraisa WTF momentu.
The use of ["knowingly"] in an indictment is equivalent to an averment that the defendant knew what he was about to do, and, with such knowledge, proceeded to do the act charged. [U. S. v. Claypool (D. C.) 14 Fed. 128.]
When the word "knowingly" is used, it means that the defendant realized what he was doing and was aware of the nature of his conduct and did not act through ignorance, mistake, or accident. [U. S. v. Kisting, 159 Fed. Appx. 725, 728 (7th Cir. Ill. 2005)]
Kāds motīvs, izņemot kaitniecisku, varētu būt indivīdam, kurš zinot un saprotot, ka ir HIV pacients, dodas nodot asinis (un, ņemot vērā donoru banku procedūras, par savas slimības faktu, visticamāk, neinformējot darbiniekus), es šobrīd īsti nestādos priekšā.
