Nez. šobrīd sāku plīst 12 un celties pat 7:15. Agrāk gulēju no 4 līdz 12 apmēram. te gan jāpiemin antidepresanti, antipsihotiķi, alkohols (te lietošana, te nelietošana)u.c. :D
