All I get is that something very bad is happening there - my English is too bad and my knowledge of economics even worse. But at least I finally started to read Davis Harvey, whom you mentioned in one of comments in my blog some time ago. Is there any other author you would recommend (i liked Naomi Klein as well) for me...

There are a couple of books I would like to read - one is "23 things they don't tell you about capitalism" by Ha-Joon Chang, and the other is "Debunking Economics" by Steve Keen.

For a good (although sometimes slightly over the top) analysis of market manipulation, Max Keiser is quite informative and entertaining.
