I have to once again remind myself of the difference between Lucifer and Satan. 'Lucifer' was (is?) worshiped by the Free Masons (I read some of Pike) and some Pagans (the Morning Star - clarity?), while Satan was subservient to the Elohim in Judaism.

It's the same thing tho. Lucifer is just a name of a fallen angel, who tought he could surpass or equal God in his creative might and was banished/punished for that. Satan is more like common word. There's also lots of different manifestation and regional words that all can have in common both ethimology and phenomenology like B'aal. Moloch and such. Just different visages of the same horned beast.
Obviously freemasons and all the usual suspect "secret societies" are its worshipers, including the modern iterations of them like WEF/Club of Rome/Calergy etc crowd. Some like to call them illuminati for some reason, but they're just vile devil worshipping psychos, who have long continuance through different groups and sub groups and have had their cells in every civilization known to earth since time imemoriam. Our entire documented history is tail end of so called Kali Yuga, the era of decadence and fall so it's just natural that worship of the evil has become common place.
Short revival in form of Christianity was just a slow down of that inevitable fall. It forced Devil to hide it's ugly head for moment being, but now that society has pretty much abandoned any kind of divine sense and morale, it can go on full frontal assault on our asses without any hiding and subtlety.
