I should perhaps have written it in a bit more nuanced manner. I do not mean that one should delete his/her account or never ever look at any tweets. My point is - stop focusing on it as something superimportant. Because it's not.

By the way, I did an exercise of suspending my account for some periods last year. Not bad at all.
