Tā nu bija atbraucu un ļoti labi iekārtojos. Dzīve pēc pāris nedēļām likās atkal ērta un jauka, viss puslīdz savās vietās un darīt atliku likām.
Tas ir nāvīgi kaitinoši, kad tik tu esi tā forši nosēdies, tad tevi atkal met laukā no dīvāna...un tā laiks man atkal doties prom.
Mantas jau sakārtotas tik iekšā viss vienā putrā.
Kāpēc gan manā dzīvē ir iestājies tāds apslēpts iekšējais haoss?
Laikam jau tā vajag pirms katra miera anarhiju, bez protesta nemēdz būt izaugsmes.
Jebkurā gadījumā esmu stipra un varu izturēt līdz galam, lai sāktu pēc tam dzīvi no jauna!

Things change over a year, but this previous year has been a true Apocalypse of my world.

Atgriezos un liekas ka nekas nav mainījies, ka viss ir tieši tā pat kā kad aizbraucu...taču es neesmu tā pati...

Nemitīgi uzmācas kaut kāda neaprakstāma dīvainības sajūta un gaiss šeit ir pilnīgi savādāks un nav arī jau pierastās kanālu ainas un šķiet ka daļu dvēseles pazaudēju kaut kur pa ceļam vai drīzāk liekas ka miesa pat pārrauta uz pusēm starp divām pasaulēm.

What is a toxic parent? There is a well-known saying to the effect that however parents behave towards their children it will be wrong; no parent can discern all of a child's needs or adequately respond to them. Yet there are many parents who consistently treat their children in a manner that damages their sense of personal worth - and might cause them to engage in life-long battles with the memories and figures of their childhood. Toxic parents

tend to see rebellion or even individual differences as a personal attack. They defend themselves by reinforcing their child's dependence and helplessness. Instead of promoting healthy development, they unconsciously undermine it, often with the belief that they are acting in their child's best interest. They may use such phrases as 'it builds character' or 'she needs to learn right from wrong', but their arsenals of negativity really harm their child's self-esteem, sabotaging any budding independence...At the core of every formerly mistreated adult - even high achievers - is a little child who feels powerless and afraid.

Gribēju jau pirms kāda laika padalīties ar notikumiem no vienas lekcijas, taču man bija slinkums un atliku...
...bet tātad mums aizpagājušajā nedēļā kursā Politics of Gender and Sexuality bija tēma par 'cyborgs', 'post-human project' un 'feminist critique'. Galvenais materiāls bija Donna Haraway 'A Manifesto for Cyborgs: Science, Technology, and Socialist Feminism in the 1980s'. Cyborg tēma tiek izvirzīta feminismā, lai parādītu kā ir iespējams nonākt pāri dzimumu dihotomijai - vīrietim un sievietei - jo zinātnes un tehnikas attīstības iespaidā mūsu fizskais ķermenis var tikt mainīts pēc mūsu ieskatiem, attiecīgi arī pārkāpjot iedzimto dzimumu.
Tēma bija sarežģīta, bet interesanta un lekcijas laikā mēs tikām sadalīti 2 grupās, lai sarakstītu paši savu 'cyborg manifesto'.
Attiecīgi šeit ir mūsu sludinājums nākotnes paaudzēm:
