Redz, mežā zvērs drīkst būt bez pavadas. Piem., Rīgā, Biķernieku mežā dzīvniekam jābūt pie pavadas tur, kur cilvēki - uz lielajām takām vai meža nomalē, piemēram, bet pilnīgi oficiāli to drīkst laist brīvi skriet pa ... nu pa mežu, prom no takām.
