Stratēģija ir daļa no kara. Piemēram, karā Irākā tiek iegūta kontrole pār nafras resursiem, kurus nevarēs izmantot, lai atbalstītu teroristus.
Svarīgi gan būtu sameklēt dažādas atsauces - tur un tur saka, ka ir kaut kas izdarīts. Ja to saka kāds autoratitīvs avots, piemēram, ASV valdība, tad to ir grūtāk apstrīdēt.
