Near the end of the war, Marienburg was declared a Festung (...) In early 1945, the town was the scene of fierce battles and almost completely destroyed. The battle lasted until March 9, 1945 (...) Following the war, the Old Town in Malbork was not rebuilt, instead the bricks from its ruins were used to rebuild the oldest sections of Warsaw and Gdańsk. As a result, with the exception of St. John's church, no medieval buildings remain in the town. In the place of the old town, a housing estate was built in the 1960s. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Malbork
Pēc 60-tajiem arī izskatās. Jāsaka godīgi, tā kā Polija tapa izdomāta visai pēkšņi, tas bija līdz šim vissliktāk sagatavotais brauciens. Tad nu daudz kas palika neizlasīts.
Nu, galvenais, ka rezultāts labs :) Btw, Polija tagadējā izskatā arī tika zināmā mērā izdomāta diezgan pēkšņi :D | |
