Dear colleagues,

Please circulate this announcement amongst your students or other interested parties.

It is with great pleasure that I announce a track starting in the next Autumn semester at Tallinn University designed to develop technical and conceptual skills in Multi-media Ethnography.

The track, taught in collaboration with the Documentary Film programme of the Baltic Film and Media School, combines technical and theoretical courses, which will lead into the production of a media work that the MA researcher presents as an integral part of their degree in Social & Cultural Anthropology.

The Multi-media Ethnography track is planned as a two-year course, operating within the broader rubric of the current MA programme in Social and Cultural Anthropology - a fully accredited programme housed within the Estonian Institute of Humanities. See the department's website here: http://www.tlu.ee/?LangID=2&CatID=4564

Unfortunately, the Tallinn University's website is undergoing updates and more specific information on the course (such as staff and courses) is not online yet. However, candidates interested in knowing more information on this track can write to me at carlo.cubero@gmail.com.

For application information, including course fees and other administrative matters, please consult these sites:
