Netieku skaidrībā, kas otrajā teikumā domāts ar maģisko "as is far". Variants, ka general international law ir daļa no customary law, nepārliecina no teorijas viedokļa, tāpēc varbūt kādam ir labākas idejas, kā šo frāzi tulkot?
General international law is international law that is binding on most, if not all, States. It is the law which governs the international community in general “as is far the greater part of customary law.”
