Muzikālo karjeru sācis kā Norvēģu Black Metal aizsācēju grupas Emperor basists. Pēc pēkšņas grupas pamešanas uzsāk solokarjeru. Ģitāru vietā Mortiis galvenokārt strādā ar elektroniskiem instrumentiem, radot draudošu, skumju atmosfēru.



(bet mazās meitenītes čurā biksēs un siekalojas, skatoties uz Marilyn Manson... ;D )

Par MORTIIS vienmēr esmu stāvējis un kritis, kā tautā saka, bet par mūziķiem nebiju tā īpaši interesējies. Kauns man, jo EMPEROR savulaik bija viena no mīļākajām grupām. Un tagad kā pārsteigums man nāk šis konekcijas fakts.

maybe iedod kautko no vinja paklausiities, lai zinaatu vai to trolli maz veerts vilkt?
dark ambient patiik, bet metaalu es tajaa negribeetu dzirdeet. Ir jau arii taads dark ambient, kas naak no industrial/noiz sceenas. Ir gotiskais dark ambient [tas laikam arii vareeti buut shitas].
Man sirdij vistuvaakais dark ambient ir no click`n`cut un kosmosa.
