nu, kā to ņem. pēc tam kādu laiciņu pastaigāt nav gluži iespējams, t.i., vispār ir grūti pakustēties (jo muskuļi ir gandrīz pilnībā atslābuši - faktiski pat parunāt ir grūti), bet tas pāriet. bet citi līdzekļi, ar kuriem var panākt līdzīgu stāvokli, ir kaitīgāki ;)
