Total pain in my ass. I’ve had this for several years never used it because I don’t have the time to sit down for a entire day and figure out how this works. I have 28 units getting the data into the way you do business is extremely frustrating and time consuming. Looks like I just wasted 3 hours off of my life trying to understand your product and I still cannot get this to work. Waste of my time waste of my money.
