- For a person who commits pederastic or lesbian or other unnatural sexual acts of gratification, if such acts have been committed using violence or threats or by taking advantage of the state of helplessness of a person, the applicable sentence is deprivation of liberty for a term not exceeding 6 years, or custodial arrest.
