Droši vien neies tik ilgi, kamēr nebūs panākta iespēja būvēt privātu enerģētikas infrastruktūru bez stāvēšanas gadiem garās rindās bez garantijas tikt pie atļaujas. Kad reaktora celtniecību varēs pasūtīt tāpat, kā tagad var pasūtīt mājas celtniecību, lielākā daļa šo problēmu vairs neeksistēs, kas tad arī ir tas, ko jāpanāk.
