sensei said that 粋 is when you are wearing a simple dark blue or dark grey common kimono, but you have an incredibly unique, sophisticated pattern on the inside of it. and noone knows. just you. perhaps sometimes a strong gust of wind turns your sleeve inside out and for a moment reveals a glimpse of that sophistication to an accidental observer.
