Tā ķēdīte jau ir nedaudz garāka. Proti, izmantoja likuma nepilnības, kuru viņa interešu grupa palīdzēja gan sastādīt, gan pieņemt. Ir taču zināms, kā interesēs tika rakstīts likums par privatizāciju.
