    From your point of view, why do we have so few female managers and what are the obstacles in becoming a woman manager?

    Because of tradition of male management and resistance to female managers
    Because women are not integrated in the right networks
    Because not enough is done to encourage women to apply
    Because there are not enough paths to management such as action leaders, sector heads, director assistant positions
    Because more is expected from female managers than from male managers
    Because of the workload and pressure
    Because long working days and related requirements are not compatible with family life
    Because women lack assertiveness
    There are not obstacles for women applying
