ūlūns, un gatavot properlīgi – vispirms noskalot, kas ir apliet ar ne gluži vārošu ūdeni uz minūti un tad to ūdeni noliet nost, un tad apliet pa īsto uz minūti divām un tad raut tās lapas ārā.
