Room facilities: coffee/Tea Maker, shower, clothing Iron, balcony, radio, refrigerator, ironing Facilities, CD Player, toilet, washing Machine, bathroom, heating, kitchen, cable TV. This private houseboat located in the heart of the citycentre is available for just 3 months due to work abroad of the owner. The boat is NON-smoking. The boat is meant for 2 persons. The price as shown on the website and the confirmation-email is for a 2 person-stay. There is a sleeping-couch in the living room for 2 extra persons. The supplement for every person extra is 40 euro To rent this privat houseboat a bail/deposit of 300 euro is required. This will be refunded at your departure if the boat is left in the same state as accepted. Normall cleaning up we take care of. The boat is +/- 60m2 and is completely privat. It has a small bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. There is a 2-person bedroom. The kitchen has a gas-stove/oven, coffeemachine and refrigerator. There is no internet-connection or telephoneline. The boat has central-heating en normall drinking-water. The boat has much day-light. From the living-room/kicthen you have a wide view over the canal. Outside there is a little terrace with table and 2 chairs.
