Mariškai beidzās vīns un viņa pārgāja uz kafiju. Šovakar Etiopijas kafija. Ar kafijas māstera palīdzību, aprakstot kafijas garšu, es teicu, ka jārakstā tā:
Ethiopia is believed to be the home of coffee and Sidama region grows the most of the exported Ethiopian coffees. Sidama is located in the south of Ethiopia and its nature is environmentally temperamental as its climate conditions vary – some parts of it are warm, some cool and some especially hot. Coffee trees are planted at low densities and the half of the land is cultivated. The view uncovers coffee plantations.
Even though Ethiopia is known for occasional draughts and diverse types of beans, their coffees are admired for their extraordinary high quality and Ethiopians are still able to deliver some of the world’s finest and most individual coffees. This gives the coffee a very special and intense, fruit-like character with reminiscent dried apricot. The aftertaste is sharp and dirt-like that makes this coffee muscular and reveals exotic notes of spiced chocolate.
Es, protams, saprotu, ka jums vienalga, but I have a need to share.
