A rapper has been inundating the 999 emergency line of Greater Manchester Police for the past 18 months with thousands of calls in which he raps, preaches and plays loud music. In the past three months alone the caller has made about 700 calls. During each call he is oblivious to requests for help and talks over the operator with a strong Jamaican accent. He rants about not believing in Queen Elizabeth and sings what sound like self-penned rap songs.
