Violent clashes continue between loyalists and rebels in Syria, and the Syrian regime is continuing to fire artillery on Turkey, testing the patience of the Turkish government. UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon spoke about the “dire consequences” of the escalation of violence on the Turkish-Syrian border.
