Ioannidis, 2005: most scientific research findings are false
Ioannidis + 71 researchers, 2017: let's change p-value to 0.005 to improve things. A great idea! (or maybe not.)
Me: good thing then we're working in engineering sciences. Pretty sure that most research findings here are true. They just happen to be useless ;) |
