The International Monetary Fund today gave strong backing to the government's "wait-and-see" approach to cutting Britain's record peacetime budget deficit, warning that the weakness of growth required tax increases and spending cuts to be delayed until next year.

Oh, es pat nezinu, kas mani šai sentencē intriģē vairāk - vienas manas stingras problēmas - jumpiness - nosaukšana vārdā (giving a name to) vai tomēr Black Swan embedēšana tās vidū. So, first, would you give a hint what Black Swan is (and spare me the humiliation of googling smoogling it)?

Nassim Taleb = tas gramatas rakstnieks. Quite interesting - right now I'm reading about the narrative fallacy (bought it in Globuss for 4.99 - ieteiktu;)).
