ja tu lieto ķīmiskos filtrus (jebkādu SPF), atceries to atjaunot ik pāris h, citādi tie vnk nedarbosies.

jo nav starpības, cik labs/dārgs/efektīvs spf, kad filtrs izreaģē, tur vairs nav iedarbības.
