Pamēģini piekoriģēt guļamlaikus. Kurš elastīgāks, to vai nu ilgāk nomodā, vai ātrāk čučēt nolikt, ar laiku ieies jaunā režīmā. Es nedaudz iespringu uz šo un visi trīs vienlaicīgi guļ pusdienas laiku.
