Skanīgu pārsteigumu saviem kolēģiem sagādājis ASV valsts sekretārs Kolins Pauels. Viņš Āzijas drošības samita noslēguma pasākumā uzstājies ar Vilidž Pīpl klasisko disko hītu Why MCI.
Par celtnieku pārģērbies Pauels dziedāja speciāli samitam veidotu dziesmas versiju. Viņu pavadīja piecas ASV amatpersonas, imitējot īstās grupas krāšņos tērpus.
