Please understand that i was completely unaware that the set was even being recorded. Alot of the time i play sets with music that producers have asked me to keep away from the internet for the time being as the tunes are so new they may not even be final versions.
Bear in mind a dj set of mine in a club should be viewed as a live performance so it shouldnt be considered a right for you to have a recording of it. However i do appreciate the fact you want to hear the music in the first place.
I like the element of surprise to be a big factor in my dj sets. The idea of introducing people to music theyve never heard before is all part of the excitment to me. If i get the feeling you already know about all the tunes before i get there cos you downloaded my set from a couple of nights before makes it all seem so stale. I like nothing more than to hear a dj drop a tune that i have no idea what it is. It sends shivers down my spine and reminds me that this is what its all about .
