Graham, from the EU funded project EMCOD (http://www.emcod.net) is seeking expressions of interest from companies to provide a quotation for some software development and support.

The task is to create a piece of open source software that would be available to users of various systems of Online Dispute Resolution to enable their experience of online justice to be assessed through the facility of a survey.

It should include an API to enable data from the ODR case to be integrated. The application will include functionality that processes the survey results within the environment of a project management and reporting facility.

The survey should also be available by mobile phone application.

The work does not include the design of the questions but simply the development of the application

The specification has yet to be written so at this stage no quotation is sought, just expressions of interest. The specification will develop following meetings with interested companies.
