Ar noluuku reiz pasludinaat kara staavokli valstii un aarkaartas noteikumus, kas var paredzeet amerikaanja maajas maarmekleeshanu un pasha aiztureeshanu tikai uz aizdomu pamata par terorismu. Taa ASV iet uz diktatorisko rezhiimu.
