08:22 pm - *** It was just the borders at the city that were dirty and completely unbearable. It got cleaner and more civilized to the middle. Also there was this evil aura that kept getting stronger as I moved to the center of their city. Soon the crashed buildings disappeared and I saw the real land of Monsters. Still dark and gloomy, rather untidy, unclean and frightening, but not the ruins anymore. And the thing I hated about them the most at that moment - they already knew I was coming. I was grateful to the Sight for giving me the chance to hide before the warriors showed up. Suddenly I got the point of it - those were their slaves further from the centre of the land, those were people of the woods that were not killed as most, those were people from different villages and towns, also Thunder, that were taken by the Monsters, those were the beautiful women that got old and were not necessary anymore, those were all the people thrown away after using them. Just like a huge garbage container, for people. Still they could not leave, they could not spend even the rest of their days happily. I so wanted to help them, but I was as good as disabled without my army. I felt a hot arm landing on my shoulder. I suppressed my reflex. -You are not allowed in here, bitch. -Oh, sir, I got lost, I wouldn't have come to this sacred territory on purpose, no never. I'm just an old lady, I just wanted to ask for some supplies arround here,-I was acting my best just hoping they couldn't tell my age behind the dirt and numerous layers of cloth on me. -Are you new or something? How could you get lost? -And how did you know I'm here? -All the questions belong to us,-he hit me hard enough to knock me off my feet, but I didn't even move. And that was the bad thing, though I tried to cover up by falling to the ground on my own, hoping he didn't manage to notice,-A thunderian, huh? -Nno, I come from annother ttown, sir,-I could barely speak, being afraid and curious at the time. It's a completely different thing when you're facing them as a warrior with an army standing behind you, and it's completely different when you're alone in their territory. -Which one? -Please, let me go, I will never bother you again. -Which town?!-He grabed me by the hair and pulled me up from the ground so that part of the clothes that were covering my face fell off,-So...A prostitute? Or trying to run away? -A prostitute, yes, sir,-I've rarely been so scared in my life. -Get her to the station. She definitely looks like one of 'them'. And so I was taken away to the main building complex. By the time I got there, I thought I'd have burn marks left on my skin from the hot paws of the Monsters that were carrying me. Nothing unexepected had happened yet.
