must be a true capital-ist. That is, he thinks that states are their capitals, and around is ..just an uncharted totem territory. Of course, for a true analytic going outside capitals to look for some real signs of recession must be too "distressing".
Maybe he just should get real out even more or, in other words, Welcome to my country! as in COUNTRY.
