Ha! Izrādās, nav nekā vienkāršāka kā pagatavot japāņu sēnes. Sagriež sēnes (shitake, enoki, shimeji), liek pannā, virsū sāli, sakē un sojas mērci, to visu uz lielas uguns pāris minūtes un gatavs! Ok, tas ir viens no variantiem.
