Well, I had 3 Mercury fillings removed yesterday and a Crown done. It took 4 hours, I was on major drugs (which I hate doing) and took 3,000 mg of Vitamin C, Activated Charcoal capsules (about 8 capsules) and Liquid bentonite clay. I slept the rest of the day when I got home. I will begin detoxing out all the drugs I had, but I still have one appointment left in August to take out the last 4 Mercury fillings.
