Diarrhea to the point of fainting. Up all night untill empty. Culprit? Chocolate brownie cake? Oily-seedy salad?

Still have trouble thinking after/while eating,, often so very faint, no thoughts, only emotions running, or sometimes running so fast I can't talk or get out of my head. (flatmate questions so much, cant physically function)
