Es parasti auzu pārslas ar augļu gabaliņiem apleju ar siltu ūdeni, lai ievelkas un kļūst mīkstas (uz 3-5 minūtēm), tad lieko ūdeni no bļodiņas noleju un apleju putru ar jogurtu. Ēst sausas un cietas pārslas (vienalga auzu vai musli vai kellogsus) man arī nepatīk.
