Un ar visu to ka man ir beerni es nepakljaujos vinju baroshanas rezhiimam un nesasleedzu ar to savu eeshanu. Censhos vaoraak vai mazaak tureeties pie intermittent fasting. Ideaalaa 20:4, ja nesanaak, tad vismaz 16:8 vai 18:6.
