When mermaids swims under water and fishes adore them, then land was not there and they didn't knew who are people. Half people half fish was in charge there. Cities like nowadays, just under water. Style like nowadays, just with tails. Maybe today there are peoples with tails, maybe it is friend or lover. We don't know how, but our hearts believe to little dream that mermaid will born.
