Ehhh... dīvaini and makes no sense. Why would stay-at-home moms woould we penalized like that. Bet nu gan jau, ka kaut kad arī tiksi pie pilsonības, noderēs jau visu atlikušo laiku Anglijā un uz vecumdienām!
