Working in hospitality is sort of a spiritual practice, as you constantly need to make it so that when there is a problem you need to make it seem as if there is no problem and that everything will be fine, then fix the problem, make everything fine, not take it personally and quickly forget about it, and be happy and humbly keep doing your work.
