Each stage of love is dominated by a new set of brain chemicals. We are made to go through phases of love : mate selection (lust), falling in love (attraction), attachment (falling out of love or finding a deeper connection, that will make it last without the passion). Nature has made us to fall out of passion and lust so we could evaluate clearly if we have found the right partner. You have not found love, because it starts after falling out of lust (after the "burning"). That's why a lot of relationships last only a few years, because the brain chemicals wear off. Nobody teaches about relationships in school, so you get adults who don't know what to expect and broken marriages in a few years. Learn about psychology and biology of relationships and teach it to your kids!!!:)
