There will be the first official attempt at leaving. Then the crying. Then the begging. Then the capitulation. Then the second leaving. Then the third. This can go on for a long time. Unless there is a rebound lay. Or there is a job opportunity in another state. Or another country. Where you find another artist, another lawyer, another woman who makes you throw caution to the winds…And the rest, they say, is History, repeating itself, again and again, and again.
