It's hard to discern between giving up and letting go. Nevertheless, it's probably time to learn how to be my own companion again.

I guess, I should borrow Casper's MIDI keyboard and play sad and depressive tunes for six days and get insanely drunk on the seventh. Or I'll just play lots and lots of video games. Or just skip to the insanely drunk part. Time will tell. Or won't.
